The Medicever AI Weight Loss Program is a 90-day doctor-supervised weight management program combining AI-powered health personalization, physician-reviewed GLP-1 therapy (tirzepatide), and premium supplementation. The program is designed to support clinically eligible adults in achieving meaningful, sustained weight loss under medical oversight.

The AI Weight Loss Program includes medical supervision provided by independently licensed healthcare professionals. The clinical relationship — including any prescription decision — exists between you and the supervising physician, not with MEDICEVER LLC as a company.

MEDICEVER LLC coordinates access to the program and provides AI-assisted tools and logistics. It does not itself practice medicine, issue prescriptions, or provide clinical advice.

The program includes tirzepatide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist available on prescription, used in the supervised treatment of excess weight and obesity in clinically eligible adults.

• Contraindications, dosage, potential side effects, and individual suitability are determined by the supervising physician
• You are required to disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, and health conditions during the eligibility assessment
• The medication is sourced from licensed pharmaceutical suppliers and shipped in accordance with applicable regulations

Supplements included in the program are not prescription medications and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your access credentials. Anonymous use of informational features is permitted; however, purchase of the program requires a valid email address and payment method.

• False information — providing inaccurate or incomplete health information during assessment
• Emergency use — using the platform for urgent or emergency medical decisions
• Resale — reselling, redistributing, or transferring program access or medication to third parties
• Platform abuse — reverse engineering, scraping, automated extraction, or service disruption
• Misrepresentation — presenting program outputs as independent professional medical advice
• Illegal use — any use in violation of applicable law or regulation

The AI Weight Loss Program is a one-time purchase priced at $1,290, which includes the full 90-day supply of prescription medication, premium supplements, physician oversight, and worldwide shipping. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase.

Non-delivery. In the event that your shipment does not arrive, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact support@medicever.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.

Health and personal data collected during the eligibility assessment and program participation is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the program and supporting medical oversight. We collect only what is necessary and do not build long-term behavioral profiles or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

No Outcome Guarantee. Individual results vary. MEDICEVER LLC makes no representations regarding specific weight loss outcomes. Program effectiveness depends on individual health factors, adherence, and clinical response.

AI Limitations. AI-powered tools used within the program are informational in nature. Clinical decisions are made exclusively by licensed physicians, not by automated systems.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEDICEVER LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the program.

Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes, infrastructure failures, or natural events.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MEDICEVER LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use or misuse of the program, provision of false information during assessment, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

We strive to ensure reliable program delivery and platform access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any element of the service where reasonably necessary due to regulatory requirements, supply constraints, medical considerations, or operational factors. Material changes affecting active program participants will be communicated directly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

EU & Polish Consumers. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, including Poland, your mandatory statutory rights under applicable EU and national consumer protection law remain fully unaffected by these Terms. Nothing in this document limits rights you are entitled to by law.
